Bible, Qur’an and The Gentile Christ

People are well familiar with Jesus Christ of Nazerah however very few know that Bible mentions about a genitle (non-Jew) Christ, who lived about 600 years before the birth of Jesus Christ. This raises some mind  boggling questions like: What is meant by Christ? Who was the Genitle Christ? What is his significance in the Judoeo-Christian-Islamic tratdions & history? Is he mentioned in Qur’an?

  1. What – just the one?

There are many “christs” (messiahs) mentioned in the Christian New Testament – not just one. Most of the references to these other christs are literally lost in translation from Aramaic/Greek/Latin/English.

Two of these christs, Theudas and Judas of Galilee, are mentioned in Acts chapter 5. Both of these christs met the same fate as Jesus.
